This letter is to express my total satisfaction with Amen Air. I was introduced to George Maniates, owner of Amen Air of Port Richey, FL, by my brother-in-law, because I was dissatisfied with my current air conditioning maintenance experience. I called George and he personally responded that very day. He informed me that my air conditioners were old, but he would do his best to keep them running and he did for two years. Then the oldest one failed and at a terrific price he had his crew to my house and installed a new and very efficient, highly respected unit the next day. A short time later, the second unit failed and the same results; the next day he replaced it. The first unit had a manufacturing defect and George worked tirelessly with the company to find a fix and did at no cost to me. When there is any problem, he and his crew are there to take care of it regardless of whether it is during working hours or on the weekend. George displays the highest level of integrity in everything he does and superb customer service and I have recommended him to friends who need air conditioning service. He is simply the best and I whole- heartedly recommend George and his crew to anyone.

Thank you so much to you and your staff for coming into our home and making my daughter's environment comfortable due to her sensitivity to heat. You and your wife through the years have been a consistent pleasure. Thank you for referring people to our home that were compassionate and understanding.

While looking for a solid heat and A/C business it was actually the Consumer Protection Unit in Pasco County that recommended Amen Air. It is not easy to find reasonable rates and dependable service within the same company. But their first visit won me over. The Amen crew was timely and knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. I have since given Amen's name and number out to friends all of whom have become loyal customers. There should be more businesses like this in Florida

Emily & I thank you for sending your serviceman to check out our air conditioning system yesterday. He checked the whole system and found that the coils needed replacement and he made the repairs. He was very courteous and took time to explain our situation. We thank you most sincerely.

Called AMEN AIR to help diagnose AC problems that a previous company was charging for but not successfully correcting by changing parts randomly. AMEN AIR diagnosed and corrected problem in 20 minutes without charging a dime because the correction was THAT obvious. No parts required. For honesty alone I would give AMEN AIR 10 stars if that choice were available. AMEN AIR is now our go to AC company !

I had them replace our a/c unit before it died. Drew and his team came out on time and did an excellent job. They kept me informed about the install, answered all my questions, were professional, friendly, and concerned with doing the best job for me. They cleaned up after they were done and explained about the inspection that would need to take place next. I'm very happy with the service we received, our new a/c is working great. I recommend doing business with this company.

I've used Amen Air several times over the years for both my home and my business. They have done service calls and completely replaced my unit and the work has been great and I've never had any problems with any of their work. The workers have always been very courteous and clean up after themselves as well. I would highly recommend Amen Air for any Air Conditioning needs big or small!!
